Air diffuser assembly

This air diffuser controls the amount of cold air distributed through the refrigerator.

Single door handle - white (handle white)

Handle only. Sold individually.

Torsion spring (spring, torsion)

Found in the dispenser section of your appliance. Can also be found in the ice door kit.

Cantilever shelf - glass included (shelf, snack bin)

This part includes the frame and glass. This shelf can be moved according to the space you need. These shelves are supported at the back of the refrigerator.

Grommet (service) (grommet (4) service)

Speed nut

The speed nut works in conjunction with the condenser fan motor. The fan blade attaches to the condenser motor shaft and the speed nut secures the blade to the motor. Make sure the speed nut is properly attached and secured. If the part is damaged, worn, or will not tighten, you will need to replace it. This part measures 1/4-20 inch. Sold individually. Please remember to disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting your repair.

Filter (water filter)

Kenmore water filter (part number 9085) has NSF 42, 53 and 401 certifications. It reduces lead and other metals; chlorine taste and odor; volatile organic compounds (VOCs); and some pesticides and pharmaceuticals. Water filter 9085 fits select Kenmore side-by-side refrigerators. Replace every 6 months, or more often if water flow slows noticeably. Follow package instructions when you install this genuine Kenmore water filter.

Deflector, ice

This part helps control the ice cube release for the cubed/crushed ice selection.

Evaporator motor (fan motor)

This evaporator fan motor is located in the back of the freezer, and circulates air over the refrigerator coils. These coils will convert the heat into cool air, which is then circulated.
