The air filter is used in your air conditioner to help keep dirt, dust, and other airborne particles from getting into your home. The most common cause for window air conditioners to not blow cool air is blocked or dirty air filters. If the A/C air filter becomes clogged or dirty, it will cause little to no air flow over the evaporator coils which will cause frost to build up due to the cold air and no circulation. This will keep cool air circulating into the room and the filter will need to be replaced. This air filter measures approximately 23” L x 9 1/2” W and is suggested to keep the air filter clean to help maintain the productivity of the A/C. This air filter is a genuine OEM part.

The evaporator thermistor, also known as a thermistor, helps detects the evaporator temperature inside the air conditioner and then sends the information to the main control board. If your air conditioner is too warm, too cold, or not cooling properly, you may need to replace the evaporator thermistor. Hose to window adapter

The hose to window adapter, also known as a duct connector, is used to attach the exhaust hose to the exhaust screen of the window exhaust panel on your air conditioner unit. If the adapter becomes broken it won’t be able to hold the hose in place and it will need to be replaced. This part measures approximately 6” in diameter and is made of plastic.
